Black Walnut and Spruce Dulcimer 2

Spruce is most often the traditional wood used on dulcimer tops and light color does present a pleasant contrast with the darker Walnut.  The spruce top is bookmatched although noticing it is rather difficult as Spruce has a very straight grain that is tight.  The fretboard is Black Walnut as are the bookmatched sides and back.

The dulcimer comes with a Wall Display Hanger and a set of Grover Mechanical Tuners.  If you would like I can install the mechanical tuners before I ship the dulcimer and send the wooden tuners with it.  PLEASE READ MY POST OF MAY 21, 2015 REGARDING WOODEN TUNING PEGS.  This explains the issue with wooden tuning pins.
